TP53 and myelodysplastic syndrome: These data are also confirmed by the comparative analysis of the main involved biological pathways, that showed few differences between the entire MDS cohort and the ANA ≥ 1:160 positive MDS group, summarized with the inversion between the DNA methylation pathway, which was found to be more frequently mutated in the ANA ≥ 1:160 positive MDS, and the splicing factors pathway, in addition with the increased frequency of p53 pathway.
