Severe preeclampsia was defined as systolic blood pressure of ≥160 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of ≥110 mmHg (AHA, CMA, ESC, FSH, MSH, NZ, NICE, SA and WHO), systolic blood pressure of ≥180 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of ≥120 mmHg (MSH) and was not defined by the WHO CPG. Here, BRD2 is linked to preeclampsia.
