Overall, we observed a high level of NOX4 protein in thyroid cancer tissues compared to normal adjacent tissues (92.9% of C-PTC, 52.9% of F-PTC, and 33.3% of ATC and 0% of NAT), which is consistent with previous reports with fewer tissues [28,36] (Figure 2b). The gene discussed is BRD2; the disease is thyroid gland carcinoma.
