The results from survival curves for DFI showed that NCAPG2 functions as a risk factor for 10 cancer types (CESC, KIPAN, KIRP, KIRC, PAAD, LUAD, LIHC, LUSC, SARC, and TGCT) (Supplementary Fig. 2A-K) and as a protective factor for 5 cancer types (ESCA, OV, STES, STAD, and UCS) (Supplementary Fig. 2L-O).
