High expression of MAFK was associated with poor survival of CRC patients (Fig. 6j, log-rank p = 0.0081) and high expressions of FOXM1 and IRF1 were associated with better survival of patients (Fig. 6k and Supplementary Fig. 10k, p-values = 0.018 and 0.00032). This evidence concerns the gene MAFK and colorectal carcinoma.
