Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) served for analysing the underlying pathways of TTN involved in the development of CRC, finding that six pathways, namely, histone modifications, response to azacitidine, mRNA splicing, ERB pathway, VDR pathway, regulation of TP53 activity through acetylation, were significantly differentially enriched in low‐expressed TTN phenotype in terms of normalized enrichment score (NES), nominal p value, and te value (Figure 4A–F; Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene ESR2 and colorectal carcinoma.
