In this study, downregulation of OGT-mediated O-GlcNAcylation of SNAP-23 promoted the formation of SNAP-23-Stx4-VAMP8 complex and increased exosomes release in ovarian cancer, which increased cisplatin efflux through exosomes and reduced the intracellular cisplatin concentration46. This evidence concerns the gene OGT and ovarian carcinoma.
