We found that MAP3K4 is strongly expressed in 36.92% (161/436) of gastric cancer samples, the strength of expression being correlated with tumor size, Lauren classification, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, lymph node metastasis stage, distant metastasis, TNM stage and prognosis. Here, MAP3K4 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
