Further analysis of the relationship between ZFP57 and the clinicopathological features of OC, we found that the expression of ZFP57 in high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSOC) was significantly upregulated than that in low-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (LGSOC), and the ZFP57 expression in advanced serous ovarian carcinoma (SOC) was significantly higher compared to that in early SOC, which were statistically significant (Table 2, Figure 1J-K). This evidence concerns the gene ZFP57 and ovarian serous carcinoma.
