CYP19A1 and prostate carcinoma: Upon a simple numerical comparison, we found that the results obtained within our population for hormone therapy in prostate cancer and for ovarian (olaparib), lung (alectinib, lorlatinib, durvalumab), thyroid (lenvatinib), breast (palbociclib after aromatase inhibitors), head and neck (nivolumab), and melanoma (nivolumab, pembrolizumab, ipilimumab) were largely similar to the published results.
