The KEGG pathway analysis indicated that the down-regulated DEGs of the first connected component were mainly associated with MAPK, PI3K, RAP1, WNT signaling pathways, breast cancer, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathway (Fig 5A); and the GO analysis revealed that they were involved in cellular response to cytokine stimulus, positive regulation of transcription, regulation of Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) cascades (Fig 5B). Here, WNK2 is linked to breast cancer.
