The results suggested that hypertension, BMI, Cr, Ca+2, PO-4, VLDL and Klotho were all related factors for cardiovascular complications, among which hypertension, BMI, Cr, Ca+2, PO-4 and VLDL and GAL-3 were risk factors (P<0.05), and the level of Klotho was a protective factor (P<0.05) (Table-V). This evidence concerns the gene KL and Hypertension.
