For the purpose of this analysis, aiming at investigating the functional association of HTATIP2 silencing and MPG subcellular localization, we focused on GBM that were classified with predominantly nuclear or cytoplasmic MPG expression, respectively (Fig. 1D), excluding samples with both cytoplasmic and nuclear staining (illustrated in Fig. S1), or samples negative for MPG expression. This evidence concerns the gene HTATIP2 and glioblastoma.
