Nuclear/cytoplasmic fractionation revealed that the MPG/DNA Pol β ratio decreased in the nucleus, while it increased in the cytoplasm of Dox‐induced HTATIP2‐expressing GBM cells (LN‐229‐C25‐HTATIP2Dox and BS‐153‐C01‐HTATIP2Dox; Fig. S8), consistent with distinct effects of HTATIP2 on nuclear translocation of MPG and DNA Pol β (relatively smaller effect on DNA Pol β). This evidence concerns the gene HTATIP2 and glioblastoma.
