While most of the studies have focused on neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) of the IgG isotype (NAb-IgG) (9–11), recent work in COVID-19–recovered individuals have put forward that SARS-CoV-2 neutralization is associated not only with anti-RBD IgG but to a significant extent to anti-RBD antibodies of IgA and IgM isotypes (12–15). The gene discussed is CD40LG; the disease is COVID-19.
