PPARA and Reduced sperm motility: The protein expression of PPARA in different tissues was also analyzed based on The Human Protein Atlas database, and the results showed that the protein was highly expressed in testis, which also indicated that this protein may play an important role in the physiological function of testis (Figure 3E) and this result provided an important theoretical basis for the subsequent use of chestnut polysaccharide in the treatment of asthenozoospermia.
