After adjusting for confounding variables (including age, sex, CRP, HGB, LDL-c, HDL-c, TG, FPG, HCT, HBA1c, hypertension, SBP, CKD, CHD, mental disease, CLD), two-stage linear regression model analysis revealed a non-linear relationship between BMI and stroke risk, while in women participants, there was no non-linear relationship between them. Here, CRP is linked to coronary artery disorder.
