CXCL10, known as interferon γ-induced protein 10 (IP-10), has been reported in multitudinous tumors and autoimmune diseases, including breast carcinoma (Wu et al., 2020), melanoma (Feldman et al., 2002), sarcoma (Sun et al., 2005), and colon cancer (Cambien et al., 2009). The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is breast carcinoma.
