To decode the regulatory role and mechanism of NAT10 on HNRNPUL1 in cervical cancer, we examined the expression of HNRNPUL1 by NAT10 knockdown by Western blotting and found that NAT10 inhibition significantly reduced HNRNPUL1 protein expression was significantly reduced (Fig. 5A), and RIP-PCR assays in both Hela and SiHa cells confirmed that NAT10 specifically interacts with HNRNPUL1 mRNA (Fig. 5B, C). Here, NAT10 is linked to cervical cancer.
