From Q-PCR results, we found that both of HD transgenic mice (Fig. 8a, Supplementary Data 1) and human HD iPSCs (Fig. 8b, Supplementary Data 1) had higher SERF1a transcript level than the normal control, and especially that in human HD iPSCs was approximately two-fold increase compared to the control iPSCs. This evidence concerns the gene SERF1A and Huntington disease.
