To assess the effect of these potential exposures on TEWL, we additionally performed Mendelian Randomization of the following variables: number of years of education completed, monthly household income, glycaemic endpoints (HOMA-IR, HbA1c and DM), blood pressure endpoints (SBP, DBP, PP and hypertension), heart rate, CRP, total white cells and neutrophil counts (as indicators of inflammation), Vitamin D and AD status.
