In the light of this information, the aim of the current study was to investigate the relationship between IGF-1, IGF-BP3, and IGF-BP5 levels in umbilical cord blood of DDH infants, and the results showed that while levels of IGF-1 and IGF-BP3 were similar to those of the control group, there was a significant decrease in IGF-BP5 levels in DDH patients. Here, IGF1 is linked to Hip dysplasia.
