We found that CDC42 was highly expressed in large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC, p < 0.05), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM, p < 0.05), lower grade glioma (LGG, p < 0.05), ovarian cancer (OV, p < 0.05), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD, p < 0.05), testicular germ cell tumors (TGCTs, p < 0.05), and thymoma (THYM, p < 0.05) than normal tissues (Figure 2B). This evidence concerns the gene CDC42 and ovarian carcinoma.
