Given their elevated levels in peripheral blood, the discrimination capability of exosomal SLC9A3-AS1 and PCAT6 is further assessed by ROC curve analysis, revealing that the AUC of them is 0.760 and 0.705 respectively and the combination of them provides a better diagnostic efficiency with an AUC of 0.811, implicating that they are likely to be used as promising biomarkers for lung cancer diagnosis. This evidence concerns the gene PCAT6 and lung carcinoma.
