In these three signaling pathways, the several molecules (GPX1, RPELID1, LMNA, IRAK1, TRADD, RIPK3, PYCARD, TGFB1, ABCA7), whose high expression levels were markedly associated with the poor prognosis of AML (p < 0.01, Figure 6B), had significantly positive correlation with the TBCB expression (p < 0.001, Figure 6C). This evidence concerns the gene IRAK1 and acute myeloid leukemia.
