The univariate analysis demonstrated that early T stages (T1/T2) were significantly correlated to high ALDH2 levels in both oral cavity cancer (n = 300, P = 1.7×10-3) and non-oral cavity cancer (n = 190, P = 4.89×10-2, student t-test) groups (Table 2). Here, ALDH2 is linked to oral cavity cancer.
