NAMPT and breast carcinoma: A large portion of these molecules exhibits promising biological and pharmaceutical activities such as antioxidant, anticancer, antiproliferative, antimicrobial, α-glucosidase enzyme inhibitor, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial activity against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, anti-biofilm, cytotoxic potential against breast carcinoma (MCF-7) and as potential inhibitors of Nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT).
