We found that expression of RPL27A was significantly correlated with immune infiltration in many kinds of cancers such as PRAD, thymoma (THCA), COAD, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), BRCA, KIRC, LUSC, LUAD, HCC, head-neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), and bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA) (Fig. 6a).
