We found that RPL27A was significantly highly expressed in many kinds of cancers (P < 0.05), including breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), HCC, lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and rectum adenocarcinoma (READ) (Fig. 1a). This evidence concerns the gene RPL27A and invasive breast carcinoma.
