The cholesterol levels of Siglec-10+/PD-1+ TAMs were significantly higher than those of Siglec-10-/PD-1- TAMs in GBM patients and murine GBM models (Fig. 2k, l); and immunofluorescence further confirmed the colocalization of cholesterol and siglec-10 of TAMs isolated from intracranial GL261 model (Fig. 2m). This evidence concerns the gene PDCD1 and glioblastoma.
