Multiplex techniques have been developed, which allow the simultaneous elimination of TCRs, beta-2 microglobulin (B2 M), a subunit of HLA-I, and other proteins like PD-1 and CTLA-4, leading to produce allogeneic CAR T-cells, which may have higher anti-cancer property against TNBC (Eyquem et al., 2017; Liu et al., 2017; Ren et al., 2017b; Dimitri et al., 2022).
