The enrichment analysis indicated that co-expressed genes of GHRL were highly enriched in synthesis, secretion, and deacylation of Ghrelin, positive regulation of growth, positive regulation of insulin-like growth factor receptor signaling pathway, GPCR ligand binding (Figure 8B), eating disorders, bulimia nervosa, neuroendocrine tumors, and gastric ulcer (Figure 8C). This evidence concerns the gene GHRL and gastric ulcer.
