GHRL and bulimia nervosa: The enrichment analysis indicated that co-expressed genes of GHRL were highly enriched in synthesis, secretion, and deacylation of Ghrelin, positive regulation of growth, positive regulation of insulin-like growth factor receptor signaling pathway, GPCR ligand binding (Figure 8B), eating disorders, bulimia nervosa, neuroendocrine tumors, and gastric ulcer (Figure 8C).
