The results showed that CXCL3 was not significant (p = 0.982), while IL1A, IL1RN, IL6, IL10, TNFSF11, PPBP, CCL8, CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11 were identified to the prognostic factors in glioma patients (value of p of TNFSF11 = 0.038, and the value of p of other genes were < 0.001) (Supplementary Figures S4A−K). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL3 and central nervous system cancer.
