In this study, we investigated the function of DNMT3A R882H in the malignant progression of AML by regulating metabolic reprogramming.<h4>Methods</h4>Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-High Resolution Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS/MS) was used to detect metabolites in the serum of mice harboring Dnmt3a R878H mutation and the wild-type Dnmt3a. The gene discussed is DNMT3A; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
