Within this group, we observed increased ribosomal-association of transcripts modulating synaptic transmission (AKAP12, DNM1, GRIN2D, GSK3B, HOMER1, HTR1A, LGI1, NF1, PICK1, PLCG1, RAB8A, RAPSN) and decreased ribosomal-association transcripts coding for regulators of translation (CPEB1, EEF2K, EIF2B2, EIF2S1, EIF4E) as well as memory impairment (BDNF, DPYSL2, DRD1, DRD2, FYN, NGFR, NOS1, PTEN, SYN1, VPS35). Here, NF1 is linked to memory impairment.
