RAPSN and memory impairment: Within this group, we observed increased ribosomal-association of transcripts modulating synaptic transmission (AKAP12, DNM1, GRIN2D, GSK3B, HOMER1, HTR1A, LGI1, NF1, PICK1, PLCG1, RAB8A, RAPSN) and decreased ribosomal-association transcripts coding for regulators of translation (CPEB1, EEF2K, EIF2B2, EIF2S1, EIF4E) as well as memory impairment (BDNF, DPYSL2, DRD1, DRD2, FYN, NGFR, NOS1, PTEN, SYN1, VPS35).
