PCa is regarded as being closely associated with accumulation of somatic mutations in the prostate epithelial cell genome, and the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) taxonomy [9] for PCa is based on seven important oncogenic drivers, including ERG, ETV1, ETV4, FLI1, SPOP, FOXA1, and IDH1. In total, 68.4% of Chinese PCa cases can be attributed to one of the TCGA taxonomies [10]. Here, FLI1 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
