RHOA and Miyoshi myopathy: Interestingly, although the inhibition of neddylation did not affect conjugate formation between cultivated NK cells and SKO-007(J3) MM cells (Supplementary Fig. 11), it significantly upregulated the expression levels of Rac1 and RhoA GTPases, two mediators of early signaling events important for cytoskeletal rearrangements and cytotoxic granule release after target recognition [41–44] (Fig. 6A, B).
