Equally important, RG-108 treatment led to increased IL-7R expression (Fig. 5D) and abrogated the difference in antitumor efficacy seen between IL-7Rlo and IL-7Rhi we previously found (Fig. 4D), leading to tumor clearance in 60% of the RG-108-treated IL-7Rlo T cell recipients (Fig. 5J).
