MAP3K8 and candidiasis: These data also show that p38γ/δKIKO behave similar to p38γ/δKO mice in a candidiasis model, as described in Alsina-Beauchamp et al., 2018, and validate p38γ/δKIKO mice as a new tool to study the physio-pathological function of alternative p38MAPK in vivo, independently of TPL2.
