To evaluate the efficacy and outcomes of web-based nutritional support, we believe researchers should evaluate: (1) anthropometric data (body mass, fat-free mass, fat mass index, skeletal muscle), (2) biochemical data (albumin, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and glycaemia), (3) clinical data (risk of malnutrition, Crohn’s disease), and (4) nutritional data (dietary style of the individual patient).
