ALB and neutropenia: In the training cohort, univariate logistic regression analysis showed that septic shock, relapsed/refractory HM, length of stay before BSI, concurrent pulmonary infection, concurrent perianal infection, neutropenia, albumin <30g/l, platelets <30×109/l before BSI, platelets <30×109/l after BSI, placement of the urinary catheter, secondary DIC, inappropriate empiric antibiotic treatment, combined empiric antibiotic treatment, and chemotherapy regimen containing glucocorticoid were associated with 30-day mortality after BSI (p<0.05 for all, Table 2).
