Eight out of the 54 hub‐genes (ASPM, CENPF, KIF14, KIF20A, RCC1, SMC2, SRC, and TOP2A) were significantly decreased after NACT (criteria: |fold change| ≥ 2 and adjusted p value < 0.05) (Figures 3F and G), consistent with the central role of these hub genes in osteosarcoma. The gene discussed is TOP2A; the disease is osteosarcoma.
