Although more investigations are still needed to verify the functions and mechanisms of ERβ and RERG in LGBLEL development, we believe that the findings presented here shed light on the potential mechanisms of LGBLEL evolution and progression, providing guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of LGBLEL and other IgG4-related diseases.
