HSPB1 and breast carcinoma: Western blot assay (Fig. 2G) revealed that HSPB1 overexpression led to decreased expression of epithelial markers (E-cadherin) and increased expression of mesenchymal markers (Fibronectin, N-cadherin, Vimentin), highlighting the significant effect of HSPB1 on regulating EMT in breast cancer cells.
