In the Imvigor210 data set, the survival prognosis of high-risk group was significantly worse than that of low-risk group (p = 0.005, HR = 1.58), the response degree of bladder cancer patients in the high-risk group receiving PD1/PDL1 treatment was significantly lower than that of the low-risk group (19% vs. 31%, p = 0.02), and the risk score of patients who failed to respond to PD1/PDL1 treatment was also significantly higher than that of patients in the response group (p = 0.076) (Figure 7D–7F). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
