To clarify the role of S100A8/A9 in duodenal ulcer, we prepared mice with duodenal ulcer and then administered S100A8/A9 inhibitors-Paquinimod [12], and HE results showed that the degree of damage to the intestinal epithelium was significantly restored (Figure 2A). This evidence concerns the gene IGKV1D-22 and duodenal ulcer.
