Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), as a result of lacking estrogen receptor (ERα), progesterone receptor (PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), leads to high aggressiveness, strong metastasis, and drug resistance to traditional treatments, and has always attracted much attention in the fields of tumor research [6,7]. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and triple-negative breast carcinoma.
