Our comprehensive data on the landscape of PD-L1/L2 and PD-1 highlight that, in addition to the tumor compartment, the CAFs of the TME bear significant immunological signatures pertaining to the PD-L1/PD-1 signaling axis, which is worth a deeper interrogation in the light of clinical relevance in patients with endometrial cancers.
