Similarly, high expression of the OC-specific ICD-derived metagene signature (CALR/PIK3CA/TNF/IFNA/IFNB1/CXCR3/P2RX7/CASP1/IL1B/TLR4/CD4+/PRF1/IFNG/IL17A/IL17RA) is associated with prolonged OS in OC patients and to some extent with prolonged OS in BC patients, whereas high expression of the lung-cancer-specific ICD-derived metagene signature is associated with prolonged OS only in lung cancer patients. This evidence concerns the gene CXCR3 and breast cancer.
