Eleven (11) of them with solely Sec14 domain, similar in yeast could function as lipid sensors [96,97,98] and maintain the critical level of DAG and PC in Golgi, thus potentially regulate the Golgi-mediated vesicular trafficking and secretion of important secretory molecules, including cystein- or metalloproteases, nuclease, PPG, chitinase, gp63, cTXNPx etc., implicated at various stages of Leishmaniasis, as described earlier [2,63,64,70,74,76,98,99,100].
