Indeed, we found that anti-CD19 CAR can be introduced to NK/iPSCs and that a single-cell clone of CAR19-NK/iPSCs, which is highly desirable for clinical application, can be established in the presence of SMC4 (Figure 1) and that CAR19-iNK-like cells derived from CAR19-NK/iPSCs retained anti-CD19 CAR expression and selective cytotoxicity towards CD19-positive tumor cells (Figure 5 and Figure 6).
