ARL6IP5 and Parkinson disease: Interestingly, the level of ARL6IP5 significantly decreases (20 ± 11% p = 0.75, n = 3, 60 ± 23%, p = 0.0009, n = 3, and 75 ± 15% p < 0.0001, n = 3 at the doses of 30 μM, 40 μM, and 50 μM, respectively) in the 6-OHDA-induced mouse model of PD as compared to the sham control (Figure 1E,F).
