To study the role of ARL6IP5 in aging and neurodegenerative diseases, we checked the age-dependent (4, 8, and 12 months) change in the level of ARL6IP5 in the wild-type C57BL6 mouse brain (WT) and PD transgenic mouse model (A53T mutant) (Tg) (Figure 1A,B). The gene discussed is ARL6IP5; the disease is Parkinson disease.
